great movie it was vrey good:)

A truly inspiring story. I just watched it last night and couldn't help but cry at times. Mr Braddock is courageous being a boxer as well as being a family man. His wife and children must be very proud. We salute you, sir! A good role model to all men.

Have seen Cinderella Man before but now purchased the dvd to keep. I found myself shouting with joy and weeping (with joy) for this rare man and his rising above the circumstances

I just saw the movie, "Cinderella Man", tonight on television.Thank you James Braddock for giving me inspiration to face the obstacles in my life . You are my hero.Thanks Jim wherever you are . God Bless And Keep You !

Memang luar biasa, sangat memberi inspirasi bagi orang lain supaya tidak mudah menyerah dalam kesulitan hidupnya.

Thank you for maintaining this website. I watched the movie twice and got so inspired that I started searching more information about the champ and came across this website.

I don't know where to start about this courageous man. I learnt from him not to give up and keep working hard.

I am currently watching the movie now. James Braddock is the defenition of a fighter. Physically and Mentally a true individual who faced the hardest of times and overcame impossible obstacles to become a hero. When I get made fun of that I'm from New Jersey I say... "Well we had James Braddock who did you have?"

I'm currently sharing Cinderella Man with my 8th grade Reading class as a culminating activity for our unit on biographies. In an age where video games, rap stars, and cell phones reign supreme, it is quite wonderful to see these teens cheering on a real American hero. Thanks to this website, I'm able to extend the lesson with pictures and facts about the real Pride of New Jersey. Truly inspiring!

The life of james j braddock is truly inspirational. The movie was very nicely done even if not entirely accurate. I am a huge fan!!! My best to the surviving family of this great american!!!!!!!!

we are related--my grandfather and jimmy were 2nd or 3rd. cousins-He was James Leo Braddock.buried in union co. ky.

One of the best fighters of our time. A true American hero, who shows that if we believe in ourselves, we can overcome anything! God Bless the Braddock family.

I had to look Jim and Max up online. The movie just ended and both of them appear to have been great men.

I got the Cinderella Man movie from NetFlick not knowing anything about it. I was so impressed with Jim's story I got right online after watching the movie to find more information and I found this website. It's such a great story and Jim was great man.

i cant belive what a great story this really is. and how his life just had so many ups and downs. i dont know one person that has seen this movie that dosent really know the meaning orfeels the emotion that i think we all do.

Not only have I seen the movie 3-4 times, but have read the history of Jim Braddock. I think he is one of my favorite fighters of all time, because he not only had the heart of a lion, he loved and was devoted to his family above all. May He Rest in Peace!

I have watched Cinderella Man three or four times. What a great movie. I feel as if i know Mr Braddock. If the movie runs true to Mr. Braddock's life, what a man, what a man. That is what this country is missing REAL MEN!!!! Not because he was a great boxer but, a great family man. After all thats is what makes GREAT MEN! Love of GOD, Family and Country. Mr. Braddock all I can say and it is a little late " JOB WELL DONE, WELL DONE".

I remember my father telling me about how James J. Braddock was the pride and hope of Irish , especially during the Depression years. Having grown up in South Boston, an Irish immigrant section of Boston, my fathers hero was clearly Mr. Braddock. After wathching Cinderella man and reading about the Champ, I can understand why.

I just watched cinderrella man and loved it i wished i was alive back then new jersey is very proud of mr.braddock i grew up in saddle brook n.j. on schepis ave 1962 to 1986 then moved to florida god bless the braddock family.
