Wow. I am doing a project on the film, Cinderella Man, and I have been looking over this site for about an hour and a half already. Braddock was truly an inspirational individual.

This movie impressed me more by ambition and his love for his family and fight for a better life.

WOW! What a guy! What a movie! He is an inspiration to us all!

Great movie. I think any hard working American man with a family can relate to this movie. The two scenes that stuck out to me were The one where he comes home to just his wife because they were struggling to feed their kids, in Which they went to stay with his in-laws. also the scene where he goes back and pays the government back was very humbeling. We need more James Braddocks in this world. Honest, Hardworking,loyal,And appreciative people, that know no limits to take care of their family and to serve their country. Thats a measure of a man in my eyes. Awsome story!

I was there. I watched the fight. it was a once in a lifetime fight.

Wonderful film, wonderful individual, wonderful family man. Inspiration to us all. Not many like him.

I have watched Cinderella Man several times. I always discover something new and I always find myself overwhelmed and crying at the end. What a wonderful portrayl of a family. Thank you for sharing a piece of your families history with us all.

I saw the movie in 2005 when it came out...its one of my favorites, an amazing story of an amazing man.

I am a Pilipino and I love watching movies! But not all movies inspired me...This Cinderella Man movie truely touches my heart..Full of love...and an attitude of not lettting go no matter what..2 thumbs up!

Wonderful web site; I never met James Braddock, but did have the oppurtunity to meet Floyd Patterson when I was a child in Rockville Centre NY. Braddock and Patterson seem to be two "gentlemen" of boxing.

I have been inspired by the story of Jim Braddock each time Ive watched the movie. My great great grandfather came over on a boat from Ireland and ultimately family moved west from New york. This is truly an inspiring story considering the times in which we live.

Mr. Braddocks life story truly has inspired me. I have gone back to Nursing school to be an RN, when I get discouraged about anything in life, I watch the movie again to be inspired. I wish I could have met him. Ron Howard did an excellent job of Directing this movie, I feel it is his best work ever! I also felt that Renee and Russell Crowe were supurb in the movie, I love both of these actors! To the Braddock Family, thank you for allowing me to hear the story of truly a wonderful man, he is an inspiration to us all! Pamela

my husband and I just watched Cinderella Man and became totally curious about the real JJB. So here we are at his website! What an example of "never give up". We wish we could step back in time and been around to have met him! Tremendous and loving family man and husband as well!

I knew about JJB by the Cinderella man film, he is an inspiration and he brings hope to the people until today.

Boxing in the 1920's and 30's was incredible. Imagine being at the Baer Braddock fight, I cant imagine how the crowd at the Garden felt after seeing the ten to one shot lift the title. If I could go back in time to one moment I think that would be it. Bravo Jimmy Bradock, he never gave up in life or in the ring.

Am originally from INDIA. Just watched Cinderella Man, Jim Braddock is a stunningly great fighter. and I came here to this website to know more about him. Certainly, he is a legend.

I have watched Cinderella Man numerous times and never grow tired of watching. It is an amazing story of hope and over coming some amazing odds. It is truly inspirational and one of my families favorites to watch. Thank you for sharing your families wonderful story with the rest of us. God Bless!
