I watched Cinderella Man yesterday for the third time and I want you to know that Jim's story is very inspirational to me. I started a business in mid-2008 and I struggled with it this past year, although is on the verge of becoming successful. I have been tempted to quit and find a job but watching Jim Braddock motivates me to be strong and determined in the face of adversity like he was. Thank you for sharing his story!

James is not only the pride of new jersey, In my personal opinion he is a pride of each responsible individual in the whole world & every ambitioned person who beleives that nothing is impossible must learn from James.

It is men and women like the Braddocks who have made our country what it is. I want to thank you for sharing your family with us. I can only guess how proud you must be to come from such strong blood.

I never heard of Mr. Braddock until I watched Cinderella Man. My wife and I went on line to see how the fight was going to turn out with Baer. I must say that I have never admired a man and his wife so much. These are the type of people who should inspire us all to be better. Thank you for sharing your family with us.

always been a big boxing fan and enjoyed watching the movie the cinderella man. Such a great story of a working man making it to the top.How tough for a guy to make a living back then .I admire that man so much

I have watched the movie "Cinderralla Man" many times. And I have watched many movies in my time, this is the greatest. Knowing that it is a true story makes it even greater. The story behind James J. Braddock is absolutely amazing. To be able to come from the toughest of times during the depression and to do what he did was amazing. Anyways thank you for the literature and every time I watch the movie it really moves me. Thanks again.

after watching the movie "Cinderella Man" and reading all that JJBraddock accomplished after his boxing career ended I was just so moved by the character of this man. I am at a further loss for words....except that he is the most inspirational person that ever lived except for Jesus Christ.

The Greatest sporting story evertold. What a man, what a legend,if only a few more of us were like him this world would be a better place.

I am still fascinated by the life story of James Braddock. It is really heart-warming. Very inspiring. Deserves to be emulated by those who are barely starting a career in boxing. Just like our very own hardworking one and only 7-boxing weight division world champion MANNY "Pacman" PACQUIAO.

James was a great man with brave heart.

Jim was a great man in and out of the ring. A true inspiration to us all. I particularly liked the message he gave when he was the voice on the radio show gangbusters. The episode was 'The case of the Jersey Butcher Bandits'. The episode shows how important a job that the police do for us every day protecting us all. It was a great message to everyone especially the youth of the day.I am glad I found this website and proud to be able to put in this entry. God bless!

Love the movie, It's a shame people cannot live by the same creed in this day and age, with all the disrespect and selfishness people seem to show one another.

R.I.P. James J. Braddock

My husband and I saw the movie for the first time last night and it was fantastic. What an inspirational man. We didn't know what the ending was so was very happy that he lived through that fight. Excellent action by Rusell Crowe and Renee.

Dear Braddock family

I had never heard of james braddock until the movie was released. I watched it for the second time last night and the movie was amazing but I bet Jim's life which the movie may not of fully covered, was probably even greater.

What an inspiration he is to me now, the society of the world today is far from the same. there are fewer and fewer people who live anything like he did.

I only watched the movie cinderella man last night and was so very moved am not a fan generally of fighting but this story of this great man moved me what a wonderful human being thank you for sharing his life with the rest of the world
